Quality is not just a final check. It is built into every step — from the LED we package to the luminaire we ship.

We test because we want your installation to work the first time, every time. No hidden defects. No early failures. No callbacks.

Below is how we ensure that.

IQC

No bad parts enter our production line
  • To avoid “garbage in, garbage out”, we inspect all incoming raw materials before they reach our production floor. We follow AQL sampling per MIL-STD-105E.
  • What makes us different? We don‘t just test LED performance — we take LEDs apart.
  • For every LED batch, we perform anatomy detection (not common in the industry): we disassemble samples to verify the raw materials inside — chips, brackets, phosphors, bonding wires.
  • This ensures the LED’s internal construction matches the specification, not just its external readings.

QC

Catch issues early, before they multiply
  • Rework is expensive. Field failures are even more costly. That‘s why we perform in-process quality control on semi-finished products according to our quality standards. Finding a problem early saves time, materials, and your delivery schedule.

FQC

Testing at critical assembly points
  • Throughout the lamp manufacturing process, we set up centralized test points at important nodes. Each node verifies assembly integrity and electrical performance before the product moves to the next stage.

Aging

Let the unstable parts reveal themselves
  • LEDs have a unique characteristic: during the first hour of lighting, temperature rises; by the second hour, it reaches its peak; in the third hour, it stabilizes. That‘s why we light every single LED luminaire for 4 hours of uninterrupted aging:

Hour 1-2: Thermal stress exposes weak solder joints or poor thermal paths

    Hour 3-4: Confirms stable operation

This step catches intermittent defects that a simple on/off test would miss. Only after passing aging does a product move to final inspection.

FQA

Before and after aging, we verify twice
  • Before aging: Test assembly integrity and basic performance of every lampAfter aging: Re-test assembly and performance to confirm no degradation occurred during burn-in

Packaging inspection: Verify packaging materials, sealing, and marking are correct for shipment

OQC

One last check before the door
  • Before leaving the factory, we perform spot checks on finished LED luminaires using AQL sampling. This final gate ensures that what goes into the box matches what we promised — and what you expect.

Document & Information Management

Document & Information Management – Traceability from raw material to finished good
  • Lot traceability: Each batch of LEDs, drivers, and PCBs is assigned a unique lot number, linked to incoming inspection records.

  • Test records preserved: All QC, aging, and FQA results are documented and kept for future reference.

  • Drawing & spec control: Product drawings, BOMs, and quality standards are version-controlled to avoid misalignment between production and customer approval.

  • Non-conformance reports (NCR): Any deviation is recorded, root-caused, and corrected — with documentation available to customers upon request.
